strategic partnership with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), an organization

particularly in the rural areas of Malaysia.
A key socio-economic goal of Malaysian government is
to promote the well-being of its rural population by developing it into
a vibrant middle-class, highly employable in the context of the global

technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) education is being
deployed, relying upon Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
From the age of 13 to Master’s degrees, from
academic to technical & vocational education and training, the
partnership builds upon 3D-based educational practices and combines new
types of learning environments into a game-changing learning experience.
All types of Dassault Systèmes’ software applications and its
educational expertise gained across the world will be mobilized in
programmes centred on project-based STEM education in Junior and
Professional Colleges and on advanced collaborative engineering
curricula at the university level. A key social impact of the programme
is in the continuum of encouragement, interest and knowledge it among
all different age groups, building a pipeline of talent.

DASSAULT Systemes SA, peneraju global bagi perisian Produk Pengurusan Kitaran Hidup (PLM) dan 3D dari Perancis akan menjadikan negara ini pusat pengembangan perniagaannya di peringkat Asia Tenggara.

Anak syarikat konglomerat terkemuka Perancis, Dassault Group itu disenaraikan di pasaran saham Euronext Paris.
Pengurus Besar Asia Pasifik Selatannya, Samson Khaou, berkata pemilihan Malaysia sebagai pusat serantau syarikat di Asia Tenggara adalah berikutan kedudukan kukuh perniagaannya di negara ini menerusi pembabitan dengan projek permulaan (EPP) di bawah Program Transformasi Ekonomi (ETP).
"Kita memang berhasrat berkembang kukuh di Asia Tenggara dan Malaysia adalah pelantar terbaik bagi tujuan itu," katanya ketika ditemui Berita Harian di Shah Alam, baru-baru ini.
Khaou bagaimanapun tidak memberikan tempoh rancangan itu akan dimuktamadkan namun membayangkan untuk meneroka peluang di negara serantau menerusi operasinya yang ada di negara ini.
April lalu, Dassault Systemes memeterai kerjasama strategik bersama Strand Aerospace Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SAM) di bawah EPP perkhidmatan perniagaan.
Kerjasama itu adalah bagi membangunkan penyelesaian teknologi berasaskan perisian yang dijasilkan oleh Dassault Systemes serta pengalaman luas SAM dalam teknologi persijilan struktur kapal terbang.
Dassault Systemes memilih syarikat tempatan, Feiran Technology Sdn Bhd sebagai rakan teknologinya di negara ini.
Minggu lalu, Dassault Systemes memeterai memorandum persefahaman (MoU) bersama agensi Jabatan Perdana Menteri, MIGHT-METEOR Advanced Manufacturing (MMAM) bagi meneroka aplikasi latihan maya bagi pembangunan tenaga kerja berkemahiran tinggi dalam bidang kejuruteraan.
Mengulas lanjut kerjasama bersama MMAM, Khaou berkata Dassault Systemes yakin pembangunan tenaga kerja berkemahiran tinggi mapan dapat dihasilkan menerusi bantuan teknologi syarikat itu.
"Syarikat berbesar hati dapat menyokong membangunkan kelebihan untuk Malaysia di tengah-tengah persaingan sengit industri kejuruteraan global untuk masa kini dan akan datang," katanya.
Di bawah kerjasama itu, Dassault Systemes akan membangunkan aplikasi latihan maya, yang turut dikenali sebagai aplikasi permainan masa sebenar yang disasar kepada industri tertentu di Malaysia antaranya aeroangkasa serta minyak dan gas.
MMAM akan menggunakan aplikasi berasaskan permainan maya itu kepada program Latihan Pembangunan Tenaga Kerjanya dengan memanfaatkan teknolohi 3DVIA yang dibangunkan oleh Dassault Systemes.
Dassault Systemes akan bekerjasama dengan Feiran Technology untuk mengenal pasti mana-mana syarikat yang berminat menggunakan teknologi 3DVIA berkenaan serta mempromosikannya di peringkat domestik serta antarabangsa.
